On 4th November, HM Emperor Akihito, HM Empress Michiko, HIH Crown Prince Naruhito and HIH Princess Mako of Akishino attended the tea party for the recipients of the Order of Culture and the Persons of Cultural Merit took place at Imperial Palace.
